-
-
What areas do you service?
-
Snoworks Ltd is based in Silverton, BC and services properties within approximately a 15 km radius, including Silverton, New Denver, and surrounding areas.
-
-

-
-
Do you offer per-service snow removal?
-
Snoworks focuses on seasonal contracts to ensure reliable service and consistent response times during storm cycles.
-
Per-service requests are difficult to schedule fairly because they are often called in after multiple storm cycles, which can require significantly more time and equipment wear than routine service. A seasonal-first model allows Snoworks to plan efficient routes and provide dependable service throughout the winter.
-
-
When do you service (snowfall trigger)?
-
Snoworks typically services based on a 10 cm snowfall trigger, however timing may vary depending on storm conditions, drifting, temperature, and safety considerations.
-
-
How is snowfall measured?
-
Snowfall is measured using a storm board at Snoworks headquarters. Snow conditions can vary by location, so service decisions are based on average conditions and Snoworks discretion.
-
-
How soon will my driveway be cleared?
-
Snoworks aims to service seasonal clients within 24 hours of snowfall ending. During extended storm cycles, service may occur more than once as required.

Additional visits are available at an additional charge. Snoworks will notify you if you are approaching the cap.

If you want, I can make that per-service answer slightly softer (“limited availability”) or slightly firmer (“not offered”).
