Seasonal Snow Removal Contracts (Nov 1 – Apr 30)

Snoworks Ltd offers two seasonal contract options to match how different properties are used in the winter. All driveways are priced individually based on length, grade, turnaround space, and overall service time.

Seasonal clients receive priority scheduling during storm cycles.

Basic Seasonal Service

Limited Winter Access – Designed for Non-Resident or Low-Use Properties

Basic service includes up to 10 snow removal visits per season, scheduled at Snoworks’ discretion based on snowfall, route efficiency, and overall service priorities.

This package is best suited for weekend properties or homeowners who do not require consistent access throughout the winter.

• Up to 10 visits per season

• Service scheduled after Premium routes

• 48 hour response target after snowfall ends

• Sanding available at additional cost

• Additional visits billed if required

Basic provides dependable snow removal in lower-use situations, while keeping seasonal pricing manageable.

Premium Seasonal Service

Priority Winter Access Management – For Full-Time Residents

Premium service is designed for homeowners who require reliable, consistent access throughout the winter season.

This package includes unlimited visits, priority routing, and proactive ice management to maintain safe driveway conditions during snowfall and freeze-thaw cycles.

• 10cm trigger, or earlier when conditions require safe access

• Unlimited visits

• 24-hour response target after snowfall ends

• Priority routing

• 1 cubic yard of sand included

• Automatic sanding when conditions require it

• Berm clearing at time of service when feasible

• No per-visit billing surprises

Premium is intended for full-time residences and properties where consistent winter access is essential.​​

Steep or High-Risk Driveways

Some properties require a higher level of winter management due to slope, exposure, drainage patterns, or recurring ice conditions. In these cases, Premium Service may be required to ensure safe and reliable access throughout the season. This includes priority service and proactive sanding when conditions warrant

Traction Control / Sanding 

Many driveways in the Silverton / New Denver area experience melt-freeze cycles and icy conditions. Sanding is available as an add-on service and may be required for steep or high-risk driveways to maintain safe access.

Public Works, Commercial & Industrial Snow Services

Snoworks Ltd also provides snow removal and traction control services for public works sites, commercial properties, and industrial clients in the Silverton / New Denver area.

We understand the importance of maintaining safe access for staff, vehicles, deliveries, and emergency response during winter conditions.

Services may include:

• Plowing and snowblowing for parking areas, access roads, and yards

• Sanding / traction control application

• Emergency call-outs during storm cycles

• Contract or hourly service options

• Site-specific service plans and reporting (as required)

• Forestry and resource road access support (as required)
